Return Window
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days from the date of delivery or scheduled service. After this period, returns may not be eligible.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The product or service must be unused and in its original condition
- For gear or merchandise, packaging should be intact
- For tours or services, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Proof of purchase or booking reference is required
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items not due to our error
- Missed tours or services without prior notice
- Custom orders or made-to-request items
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued in cash only. We do not process refunds via card, bank transfer, or digital wallets. Refunds can be collected in person or arranged as per mutual agreement.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and process your return request. Once approved, we will coordinate the cash refund method with you directly.
